This master’s program aims to provide students with solid academic transdisciplinary training in music, dance, drama, Chinese traditional opera, folklore and acrobatics, and other art disciplines, and other art disciplines, which is based on the actual needs of the art industry in Taiwan. The students are encouraged to specialize in one field of study while obtaining comprehensive training in other performing art disciplines. This program is distinct in that we cultivate our students to acquire advanced visions and sensitivity toward the ever-transforming and creative nature of performing arts. The balance between theory and practicality is also emphasized.
Goals

To appreciate performing arts from social, cultural, and aesthetic perspectives, and then culminate in the application in creative industries.
