Our Ph.D .program aims to provide students with solid academic transdisciplinary training in music, dance, drama, Chinese traditional opera, folklore and acrobatics, and other art disciplines. Students are encouraged to examine issues relating to the performing arts from global and local perspectives. This will help them develop profound observation skills, critical judgment, creative practicality, and the ability to integrate a variety of disciplines into their work. These will prepare students for careers in research institutes, artistic organizations, communication media, publishing, and performing arts groups.
